(9 June 1866 C 7 February 1935) was a German oil painter and graphic artist. Martini was born in Chemnitz, Saxony. He was a student of Franz Skarbina at the Akademie der Kenste of Berlin, and he spent two years at the Acad??mie Julian in Paris. Martini exhibited his work at the Great Art Exhibition in Berlin and the Paris Salon. CASTILLO, Antonio del
b. 1616, Cordoba, d. 1668, Cordoba Spanish painter and draughtsman. He studied first with his father, Agust?n del Castillo (d July 1631), a painter also known for his drawings, and in November 1631 began a three-year apprenticeship with Ignacio de Aedo Calderen, a painter of religious figures ( pintor de imaginera). (efter 1912 Alfven), född Triepcke 11 juni 1867 i Köpenhamn, död 25 maj 1940 i Stockholm, var en dansk konstnär, bosatt i Sverige från cirka 1905. Marie Krøyer var 1889-1905 gift med konstnären Peder Severin Krøyer och hamnade i skuggan av hans konstnärskap. Själv kom hon att uppmärksammas som konstnär långt efter sin död. Hon levde ihop med den svenske tonsättaren Hugo Alfv??n från 1905 då de fick dottern Margita tillsammans; de gifte sig 1912 och skildes 1936 efter en lång rättsprocess. Paret var bosatta i Uppsala och Leksand. Marie hade också dottern Vibeke med Krøyer.
Jacopo Zucchi
(c. 1541- c. 1590) was a Florentine painter of the Mannerist style, active in Florence and Rome. His training began in the studio of Giorgio Vasari, and he participated in decoration of the Studiolo and the Salone dei Cinquecento in the Palazzo Vecchio. Moving to Rome in the early 1570s, he worked for the Cardinal Ferdinando de' Medici in his Palazzo Firenze (1574). He also helped decorate, along with his brother, the apse and dome of Santo Spirito in Sassia with a fresco of the Pentecost. He painted the grand salon of the former Rucellai (now Ruspoli) palace in Rome with mythologic genealogies. Two canvases, representing the Ascension and Resurrection, are housed in the church of San Lorenzo Martire in San Lorenzo Nuovo (Italy).
